Actually, you can carry at a Maryland University assuming you're not a student. Section 4-102b of the Annotated Code of Maryland only applies to primary and secondary schools, not places of higher education. At least that's how I (and a lawyer I contacted) interpreted it.
Now go read the employee handbook..... :banghead: I'm sure they got every angle covered.
I was actually offered a Constable position thru the Campus PD, since I know them very well. I just have to give up every Sat. for football games and lock up all my buddies for being drunk and disorderly. Hmmm.....Might be worth it! They then told me I could carry at work. I'd do it, but have too many family commitments.
