"Several lawsuits are being contemplated and I am optimistic that the courts will overturn portions, if not all of New York’s new law. One of my senate colleagues, Senator Kathy Marchione has initiated a petition drive to repeal the legislation. I am supporting her effort and ask you to please sign-on if you haven't already done so. Consolidating signatures in one location will have the greatest impact.
