That sounds like a good load and like you said, very accurate and no unburned powder. In the future give AA5744 a try. I have found it to be extremely accurate in my rifles.
3031 and 4895 work ok in a 45-70 if it is a modern strong design. You have to run the pressures up to about like a .30-30 to get all the powder to burn.
When you do that velocity and recoil goes waaaay up. Those loads are ok for a few rounds shot while hunting but they beat you up on the range.
For greater range enjoyment stick to powders between 2400 and 4198 and velocity about like a .22LR.
