I just bought a box of CCI Blazer brass 45 ACP ammo at Wallyworld and when I got home I opened the box and noticed several of the bullets were seated to deeply in the case. Is this a common problem with this brand? I called the phone number from the CCI website and got an answereing machine, so I left my name and number and a brief description of the problem. I am Hopeing to recieve a call on monday. I was wondering if any of you have had a similiar experience and if so how did CCI respond?

I have heard of this a few times on the various sites - but I have also seen it said about the WWB at Wal-Mart.

I have only used Blazer brass a few times - But I use the aluminum CCI Blazer all the time. Never an issue.

From what I have heard about all the ammo companies. They will take care of U.

I've seen it on cheaper ammo brands (happened to me with some Amerc .30 Carbine). I brought it back to the shop I bought it from and my local guy refunded my money and told me, "You get what you pay for. Watch this."

He took a box of 9mm from the same mfg off the shelf. He opened it up and the cartridges looked OK. He then dropped it onto the counter from about 4' and re-opened the box. About 1/3 of the bullets dislodged and were seated deep into the cases.
