Prvi Partizan 9mm ammo for SD?

Hey,

Does anybody have any information on the Prvi Partizan 9 JHPs? They come in 115, 124 and 147 grains, standard velocity (no +P). I was wondering if anybody knows whose bullets they use (their own?) and how good they are as far as expansion goes. I've used Partizan match-grade rifle ammunition and the stuff is top-notch, but I was wondering how their handgun SD stuff is.
