Careful... since Large Frame AR's have no Mil-Spec guidelines.. there can be many subtle differences.
BCG bore axis in the upper is a big one... the BCG can ride slightly "higher" in different brand uppers. The issue with this is, mag feed lip heights can be different, mag catches can snap the mags at different heights and make feeding iffy, BCG's can sit high at the buffer tube interface and "bind" when cycling ( or at least not be centered ) , bolt stops can be problematic...
And while different manufacturers uppers and lowers might fit together... ( rarely properly) the pins might not be a good alignment.
I tried a few different brand uppers on a PSA GenII lower... none were acceptable. That BCG bore axis was the biggest issue and the start to the various other issues. I could readily see where the BCG was rubbing the top of the buffer tube.
