I just replaced my plastic guide rod w/ a Beretta steel rod that I bought from
Numrich gun parts {www.e-gunparts.com) for $14.55 w/c already includes tax & USPS first priority shipping. Nothing wrong w/ the plastic that came when I bought mine 7 years ago, but steel makes me feel more "solid".
