JLD PTR-91 Anyone ever use this rifle for hunting and had any luck? I am thinking about getting one for hunting deer and elk maybe even anelpoe as well. Please let me know any recomendations for accessories you might have for this gun as well. Thank you very much.

I've used mine for prairie dogs! Don't laugh too loudly, or you might spew your beverage out your nose onto your keyboard!
Took a young friend new to firearms to prairie dog shooting, but only had my 223 bolt rifle, and the PTR91. One of those days where you just can't miss? This was one of those days. I hit one prairie dog at just over 400 meters, on the run. First shot fell short, behind him. Corrected for lead, and voila! Got him with the next shot.
I have witnesses!
I seriously doubt I could do this again, as I am at best only a mediocre shot. But that day made an impression on the new guy, and now he is a gun owner too.
As far as a walking type hunting rifle, I would choose something lighter. My $.02

There's a difference between "getting one for deer" (which is what you said) and "getting one. I might use it for deer too".
If you want a PTR-91, get one. It'll kill a deer, although knowing that trigger well is necessary.
If you want a rifle to hunt deer, get something lighter, cheaper, more accurate, ready for a scope, and with a better trigger out of the box.

Works on Whitetails
I used mine on a whitetail with regular federal ammo. It worked great also a 3-9x40 Leopold scope on a stanag mount that has a rail on it. So yeah it adds weight but the thing is dead on well out past 200 yards and the expanding ammo feeds just fine also knocks them right down. Although I will say it's not a super fast shot cause it's a heavy gun to carry out there and swing around.
