So,

Getting an AR. Saw a Palmetto State Armory complete rifle at my LGS for $829. MPI tested, FN barrel(hammer forged, chrome lined, And 1x7 twist.). Full auto BCG. Quad rail, flat top with f marked front sight.

Good deal?

For $150 more, you can get this which comes with a $400 Aimpoint and a Magpul BUIS

You'd have to swap out to a quad-rail if you wanted, but that would allow you to buy the exact rail you wanted instead of being stuck with what came on the AR from your LGS. I think the $999 deal is only good for the weekend

Yeah then it goes back to normal price. I called :( Monday is soonest I can buy lol...figures. Aside from that, good deal?

If that's the configuration you want, then yes a pretty good deal. I'd rather select all the parts myself, rarely will a rifle off the rack be configured exactly the way you want it. But the overall question, yes PSA is a better than average brand at a better than average price. I ordered their 16" LW midlength upper during their Labor Day sale and hope to get it in 10 days.

Thanks for the input. Yes that is the config I am looking for. As I own the title longer of course that may change lol.

You could put one together cheaper by just getting the upper and charging handle from them, a BCG from BCM, and a surplus ammo & arms stripped lower, but then you would have to put it together yourself. It's up to you how much that is worth to you. They make solid rifles though.

What Henschman said. I recently built one with 16" PSA Hammer forged Middy. LP CL MP with PSA's MOE HG and LPK + DTI stripped lower acquired locally for $99 with a total price of $740 shipped.

Yeah that is probably $50 or so more than you could get it if you ordered parts yourself, when factoring in shipping and FFL transfer. Sadly prices aren't getting any lower. If it is the configuration you like, go for it.
