i've been looking around a bit online... so far my list of 22lr pump action rifles still being made consists of taurus model 62 ( http://www.taurususa.com/products/gunselector-results.cfm?series=PA3 ) and henry h003 ( http://www.henryrepeating.com/pumpaction.cfm ). is there anything else out there i should be looking at?
i'm sure there are some quite interesting used models out there (the winchester gallery guns and such), but my instinct is that i'm probably not qualified to judge a used firearm quite yet. i could be convinced otherwise...
what are your thoughts on the aforementioned rifles? i've seen some negative comments about quality wrt henry levers, and the same about some taurus handguns... but i have no idea if either pertain to pumps.
oh yeah: intended use would be exterminating paper targets wherever they may be found.
