Been a little slow around the shotgun forum so I've decided to kick start.

Remington 870 Wingmaster (70s) with Express 20'' Barrel
-plain old police style, no frills: 4+1 with SpeedFeed stocks.

I've owned an 870 Express, Mossberg 500, Winchester Model 12, Ithaca 37, and Benelli Nova, but the 870 Wingmaster just feels the best followed by the Ithaca and Winchester.

Used 870 Express Supermag turkey model.
Came all camo taped, w Choate stock (and orig).
Didn't know what was under the tape, shop shot me a silly price.........2 hrs later (what a mess) the gun was like new under all that junk.

$215 in it (after selling the tacticool crap stock).

42 yard rip on a 24# tom.

My Westernfield 30/Stevens 520. This one is pictured with its 20" barrel set-fitted but not yet refinished. The original 32" barrel will be refinished also.

Two 870 Wingmasters and a S&W Model 3000

The third shotgun from the top as shown in the picture, the S&W, is an 870 clone, made by Howa in the late 1970s for Smith & Wesson. I purchased it five years ago as is was, with a 30" full choke vent rib barrel... I've been looking for a "police" barrel for it for quite some time and then recently Don Corson had one in stock so I nabbed it: an 18" (not 18.5!) pol. cyl. smoothbore, bead sight.

870 Express. Lots of rounds through it, and the shotgun I use for anything that requires a shotgun.

Don't have a great shot of my Wingmaster right now, but it's just a Wingmaster with a 20" bead barrel.

OLD pards, gun on the left is a Marlin "widowmaker" Dom't remember the model # but this one is 1905 and I scrubbed off the rust it was covered in and I shoot only Black powder loads in it for Cowboy stuff.

I've had an 870 of one sort or another since I bought my first at 18. Here's my current one:

I've always liked Ithaca 37's. I picked this one up from a shop I worked at; it had been an evidence gun....:uhoh:

Those Ithacas are a dream to carry and shoot for upland. Also good on point for Viet Cong ambushes ;)
