Good for Zheng! SF is roughy a war zone with drug addiction zombies rooming around with city sponsored food cards that they trade for money to buy drugs. The drug dealers definitely carry guns there. they have a no chase policy there, so as long as they drive recklessly from the cops, they won’t chase.
