Python Birth Day?

I just purchased a Colt Python today.It's blue,6 inch, looks to be unfired, has no holster wear, and looks BRAND NEW. I traded a SIG and some $, have about $625 invested. The serial # is 195XXE. Can somebody please tell me the year of manufacture? Thank you.
