Question about Glock Weapons Lights

Hi All -

I just recently, for the first time, put a Streamlight TLR-7 on my Glock. After a few days in the holster, I took it off and noticed that there was a line where the light "grabbed" the light rail, and a couple where the front of the light clip and back of the light clip grab the rail. It was tightened only hand tight. Is it normal for a weapon light to leave marks on a Glock frame? I cannot do pictures now, because I am not home.

I have been carrying a few different light models on my Walthers for years. Never left a mark that I noticed.

I have an Olight on my Glock 45 and I can see no marks on the frame from mounting and dismounting the light. I remove it and reinstall it quite often.

I have no visible marks, but I doubt it will hurt anything either.
