So I'm out of state Saturday at a baseball game. No S&W 642 in the front right hand pocket. I do have my Benchmade AFCK with me, and a Fox Labs pepper spray .
Normally I carry my Benchmade in my left front pocket, and the pepper spray in a coat pocket. Well, no coat Saturday.
I ended up carrying the knife where I normally do (left ftront) and the Fox Labs where I normally keep the S&W. My reasoning is I'll likely need/use pepper spray before the knife, and I'm right-handed, so that should stay on my strong side. I figured the knife should stay where it normally is.
Is that what you all would recommend? Or should the knife go strong side, since it's the most lethal, and maybe needs to be more closely protected in tight crowds?
BTW, there was a patdown at the stadium gate. Both items got through, since they were not detected. I think security was simply looking for alcohol, though.
