Question for C&R Guys RE: Shipping

Hello all. Having a tough time getting some dealers to even recognize my FFL03 license that was after all, issued to me by the BATF. Question is: an FFL01 with a C&R-eligible pistol is willing to ship to me. Can he ship via USPS Priority like he does to other FFL's? I wouldn't see why not. Or does it have to go via costly overnight UPS or Fedex? Thanks

No. Only FFL01 to FFL01 in USPS handgun shipments.

USPS, for handguns, is dealer-to-dealer only. You, as a collector, are not defined as a dealer.
