I have a question for someone in law enforcement or an attorney about Cuyahoga Co. Ohio laws.

Mike

I had a guy in Cuyohoga Co. take some money from me and never send me the gun or return the money. I am filling a police report but...
I was hoping to find a sympathetic attorney or law enforcement officer to help leverage my case.

Just working the angles,
Mike

I live in Cuyahoga County. What city does this individual supposedly live in?

Michael Taylor

4211 Fulton Pkwy 116

Cleveland, Ohio 44144

I am not sure if this is a suburb or not.

Yes I googled the address and got the same.
I did not put too much into that as I have stuff sent to work.
First bad gun deal in 20 odd years.
This guy got insulted when I was persistant in asking for tracking numbers thats what made my radar go up.
I sent the guy a cashiers check drawn against the bank I work for. I have a great money trail at least.

Interestingly enough, if you use a postal money order, any bad deal that results can result in significantly greater penalties for the scammer, since mail fraud is a huge deal. You just don't mess with the USPS.

Hope it works out for you.

I am sure the other 2 guys who got ripped off along with me used postal m.o.
Lucky for them they did not have as much on the table as me.
