I have to process large amounts of .223 and .308 brass. I bought a Hornady Case Prep Station thinking it would be the solution, but it's still very time consuming. Additionally, the clutch in the Hornady Case Prep Station prevents me from applying hardly any pressure to the brass being trimmed and therefore it takes forever to trim a thick walled case.

Does the rapid trim from Dillon chamfer too? I'm wondering if after investing in this tool I will still have to hand chamfer each and every case.

Thanks!

No it does not and I don't chamfer them either. On station #1 I size and deprime trim on #3 and run them through another size deprime die on #5. Running them through the sizer/expander the second time irons out anything left behind.
