Question on headstamp

I got some 7.62 nato brass at a gunshow recently and am wondering where it is from. The headstamp is "IVI" the guy selling the brass said it was Portagese but another fellow had told him that this was wrong and that it was Canadian. So what is it and is it good brass? I only paid $12 for 60 pieces of brass.

Nowhere Man you beat me to it!! Looks like Canadian from a company called:Industries Valcartier Inc., in Quebec.

Valcartier makes good brass in all the calibers I've reloaded it in. Treat it as military brass and it will do just fine.
