Does anyone know if the front bead on the Remington 870 Express screw in? If so, what are the thread dimensions? (if anyone happens to know) Thank you.
Replaced 2 for a buddy and they were both pressed in. You can buy the right size tap and the front sight from www.brownells.com if you want to change the sight yourself.
The reason I chose Williams Firesights over some other choices when putting fiber optics on a turkey gun. Some of the sights on the market screw in where your bead used to be. The Williams Firesights clamp to the rib.
