Question on Richland 12 ga. o/u.

Does anyone know anything about the Richland 12 ga. o/u? The gun I am looking at says Made in Italy and I really would like to know where at and by whom if possible. Also, are they quality arms or are they junk?

Have you tried posting this over at ShotgunWorld.com in the Gun ID & Value section, there seems to be a lot of people over there with obscure knowledge of old shotguns?

Richland seems to have made decent quality shotguns. A friend has a SxS by them several notches above a 311 in finish and at about the same price.
