Anyone know if current Glock 22s have Austrian made frames? Do they come with the new style ambi release mags? The new Glock 17s I've seen all come with US made frames and new style mags. I was wondering if new Glock 22s come the same way.

    In a Los Angeles coffin.
    I don't own a G22, but have a 1 year old G35 and 1 month old G23.

My frame says "MADE IN AUSTRIA" and the bottom has a U.S. patent number.

So far, the G21SF is the only one.

    I hope this helps.

No. Glock frames are made in America. Unless you live somewhere else that is all you will probably find except the older models. After they came out with the 3rd gen Gaston brought alot of business to America. I know the the slide and most other parts are made in Austria where the company originated from.
I have heard the rumor that the 4th gen versions are all coming with the optional abmbi and 1913 rail. But the source is not reliable.(Gundealer who said Sig still makes the p228)
