I just learned that Navy Arms sells an imported SAA style revolver in .38 special and with a smaller frame. I would like to see some good photos of this firearm to determine if I am interested. I would like to have a 38 special in SAA style and don't want to buy a Ruger 357 necessarily. Something that shoots cheaper than my Ruger New Vaq .45. Do any of you own one? It came out in 2005 according to 2007 Gun Digest. There is a new one for sale on Guns America and, of course, Navy Arms website lists them but their one photo is inadequate. Do you know also, do these guns have any modern safety features or...are they true clones of the orginal SAA? Thanks in advance for your answers. I would like to know about quality of production, looks of fit and finish, size of the frame, etc.
