Happy New Year, everyone! :)

I am the happy owner of a new Ruger GP100 (6" barrel) which will now be my primary bedside go-to firearm. Since there are young-uns who come in & out of the house, the Ruger needs to be in a quick-access locked case that fits under the bed or in the bedside drawer. The case I have now fits my S&W Model 10 very well but is too small for the Ruger.

I've looked everywhere for a lockable case that will fit the Ruger, but I have had little luck. I don't need biometric locks, but I do like keypad entry over a key.

Does anyone know of a good cabinet/case that will fit in a drawer or under the bed that will accommodate larger revolvers like the GP100?

Many thanks in advance!

I love my FAS-1 safe. Those safes are hefty, clearly well-built. They come in many shapes and sizes, and I am certain you could find one to fit your GP100 (mine fits my S&W 686, although it is a four-inch model). And they have a mechanical lock that doesn't rely on batteries. I definitely would check those out.

By the way, the owner is a member here.

I'll check that out the FAS-1 tonight...thanks! :)

Your GP100 with 6" barrel measures 11.5" OAL and the FAS1-Magnum XL is what you need if you are still considering a FAS1 safe. Thanks for taking a look and thanks for the recommendation!

Awesome, Glenn! :) I will be ordering the FAS1 Magnum XL this month when I get back from my travels!
