rail mount

Help! I am looking for a rai mount for mounting the light to the rail of my new S&W sigma. The pistol came with the s&w light but I would like to use the rail for it. Any chance that recoil is too hard on bulbs?

Many new lights rely on LED's now, so recoil won't affect them.

If the SIGMA's new, it might have built in rails all ready. Is it the SWxxV or SWxxVE?

Hi thanks for the reply. this one is a sw9ve. It came with the light in box. I coundn't help it at 380 out the door. Also is there any help for the strange trigger? Am told it is normal for the light to be held in the other hand so as to not point a gun at anything untill ID is made. I am wandering about being able to keep an empty hand for anything else. Thanks again JB

You can get the rail adapter from laserlyte.

Apparently, you can take a couple of springs out of the trigger assembly to lighten the trigger.
