Is it ok to use Rainier plated bullets in pistols with polygonal rifling like Glock and HK?

Is it Ok to use a Lee Factory crimp die with Rainier bullets?

Use only enough crimp on the FCD to avoid setback, about 1/8 to 1/4 additional turn from touching case mouth. Any more and you'll bite into the plating, deforming it. If you don't have a setback issue, use only enough flare to start the bullet, and only enough crimp on the FCD to remove the flare. This lets the neck tension do all the work. The best way to do this is to prepare a round to the desired specs and use it to set the FCD's crimp. Or use a factory load as a crimp reference.
