I'd like to see what you fine folks use to tote all your black powder accessories around with you when you're at the range. I'm willing to bet some of you have some pretty neat, aesthetically appealing, potentially ingenious, maybe homegrown setups. Show 'em off!

I'll get it started, although mine is not terribly interesting. I take a big plastic gun case to the range, with my gun(s), a bag of balls, a powder flask and a small tupperware full of cornmeal. The rest of the stuff goes in here:

Here's mine I made 25 years ago. It holds enough powder, caps, patches and
balls for 300 shots. Everything is here to clean the pistol also. This same stand
and box combo serves 5 different pistols . All tools to strip down the pistols are
here also. Spotting scope also.

Just finished a gun cart for SASS shooting, and sitting. It comes apart with 2 screen door hooks to travel.
Pair of 1860s, a '73 and cartridge 12 gauge.

Mine isn't worthy of a posting a pic......just a large plastic toolbox with a removeable tray. It does have enough room in it for 2 Remington '58s and all it takes to maintain and shoot them. Holsters too. I like it because I can grab it and go to the b/p club or wherever i want to shoot and have everything I need.

I have seen a lot of boxes over the years, yours is the winner.

Here's a better picture of my actual setup. Big pistol case, bottom layer holds all the sundries, like balls, patches, lube, tools, etc. On the top layer is the guns, spare cylinders, flask, tupperware of corn meal. Above the top layer of foam is target storage, which for me is just regular computer paper and index cards with a sharpie.

I can remove the gun form the case with the muzzle pointed down range. The local range is really strict about that.

BowerR64,

Are those barrels plugged or something? Or what is the orange near each muzzle?

Nothing fancy here but as I am mostly a bench shooter it adds up
1) general bag ( cf and bp gear, targets, tools, spot scope etc) 40 lbs
2) front rest bag, 60 lbs
3) bp bag, all tooling etc 25-30 lbs
4) gun specific bag, some guns have a ton of specific tooling 20lbs
5) gun 5-80 lbs depending on gun

It really adds up
