Well I got to take my Kimber 25th Anniversary Custom out to the range today and I have to say that I love this gun . It was extremely accurate, even more so than my Tactical Pro II. The trigger is also much, much better. My dealer is guessing that the anniverary editions probably have some extra trigger work done at the Kimber custom shop. While it is just speculation I would guess that he is probably right. The gun was also had alot less recoil than the alloy framed Tactical. I shot a total of 300rnds of 230gr Winchester White Box hrought the gun. I had 4 FTF the last round on the first 4 Magazines, but after that the gun was perfect. No more problems at all. I have to say that after these two Kimbers I am firmly a 1911 man. I am now wondering what to get for my next 1911's. Kinda thinking a Kimber Eclipse Pro II.

I'm thinking 1994/5 for their autoloaders and 1989 at the earliest for their bolt action rifles.

Seems like they may be trying to get a cheap rep, if fake, similar to the fake Springfield Armory and ArmaLite both bought their reps and used the work of their betters as if it were their own. I won't buy any of their stuff.
