Range report CZ-452 Varmint

First I have to again say, I really love this rifle. Some of the best money I’ve spent. These things will just flat out shoot. I got to take mine to my buddies range again and thought I’d show how well I was able to shoot. I’m pretty good off the bench, but I sure suck shooting prone. I was pretty proud of a couple of these groups. I got the chance to shoot some higher quality ammo through my CZ and loved the results. All targets were shot at 25 yards off a bench with a makeshift rest (50 cal ammo can and a gun case). Next time I’ll have sand bags, and I’ll see if I can tighten up the groups at 25 yards. I’m also curious to see what’s possible at 50 yards. Should find out in the next week or two will post results if anyone is interested.

I was very surprised/happy to see that my gun shot the cheap CCI Blazers as well or better than some of the $10 a box ammo.

Nice shooting

Those CZ 452s are awesome rifles.

I just got one of it's grandparents, a BRNO Model 1. Even at over 50 years old, that little rimfire is rapidly becoming my favorite rifle.
