Wow! I can honestly say that the gun is far more accurate than I am.
The best 5-shot group I shot was 2 ragged holes with CCI Blazers (weird huh?) just over 1 3/4". It would have been just under an inch, except for a flyer at 5 o'clock.
Winchester and Federal were both a little over 2 1/2".
All were shot at 15 yards.
I notice it shoots a bit to the left from the factory, but that can be fixed easily.
The trigger pull seems to run just over 4 lbs. It is quick and has a nice crisp reset. I had no problems with the grip safety; a problem for others I read occasionally.
I just wish I had a digital camera!
You may consider me a new 1911-phile!
I have shot Colt, Para-Ordinance, Springfield, and Kimber, but none of them belonged to me. There's just somthing about OWNING your own 1911... I love it. Can't wait to get a few more grip styles and several more Wilson mags!
