Range report on the xtreme 9mm

I loaded 21 bullets 9mm with 124gr copper plated xtreme with 4.2 w231 and a col of 1.125. Felt slightly lighter than factory loads. My wife loved the rounds. I was thinking of making it shorter but since they worked so well I'm sticking with this recipe.

Which 124gr bullet are you using? I've used their flat points and round noses. I thought the FPs would be a little more accurate than the RNs but the RNs shoot just as good as the FPs. The RNs have zero feeding problems and I've had a few bobbles with the FPs so I'm going with RNs from now on.

With 231 I imagine felt recoil would be lighter than factory ammo. I bet they are nice soft shooting target loads. Try max loads of Alliant's data with Power Pistol and you won't be saying that!

If I have any issues, I'll try out the RN.

My wife is using an LC9. I do hate having to chase down the cartridges, it's so much easier with my revolvers.

I use the 124 HPs and 147 RN and like both, with Titegroup.
