I only keep 1 22 around anymore since this whole 22 hoarding mess :barf::barf:
I can reload and shoot other calibers for the same price as .22 nowadays

Only one 22 pistol and one 22 rifle in my collection, both are kept for sentiment only, never really get shot. My 357 rifles and revolvers have taken over for plinking duty, I cast and reload 1000 rounds for $90. Shooting large volumes of 357 is much more fun.

None. This 22 scalping and hoarding have disgusted me to the point I gave away my 22lr guns.

Cheaper in the long run to just reload my centerfires.

I remember just having one .22 rifle. Not long ago, the number hit five. Didn't mean to do that...they "snuk" up on me. I answered 10% but if I leave off the 12 ga guns I think its closer 50%. Three single shots and two semis.

Thats life.

Seems a lot feel this way. I kinda hope it continues; I've been finding (in addition to plenty of ammo) nice prices on .22 caliber firearms in the last couple of years that would not have been so nicely-priced a few years ago...

Oh, and I think we're in the same line of work.. ;)

I have two Marlin 60's, an older one with the long barrel and wood stock and a newer one with shorter barrel and synthetic stock. They are two of the seven long guns I currently own.
