Has anyone added a roller handle to one and/or bent the handle up a little? I have the Inline Fabrication Ergo Roller handles on all my presses and really like em. After priming 500 cases yesterday it got me to thinking about it for the bench primer. Dan at Inline said he could add a roller to my existing. Thanks.

A round handle would be nice. Square stock for a handle doesn't get much worse for comfort. Surprised there are no after market handles for these.

Don't own one and never used one but wouldn't be easier to just drill a hole and thread it for a roller handle? I would think you could just buy that part separately.

I was kinda disgusted when I took mine out of the box and found the handle hit the bench before a primer could be seated. Yeah, I know I coulda mounted it so the handle stuck over the edge of the bench or built a 3" riser. I thought of a few ideas like cutting the handle and rewelding it on at an angle. Heat, twist and bend at an angle (squre, rectangle stock difficult to bend). Cut off handle short, fabricate a tube or round stock extension, slotted to fit handle stub at an angle enough to clear bench. Too much work. So I cut 3" off the handle, installed a hanle bar grip and mounted it on a 2x4. Still don't like it, and use my rame prime more...

There likely isn't enough demand...if there were, Inline Fabrication (IF) would be making one

You can get the IF roller handle for about $14 then drill and thread the current handle for it.

More than likely IF would come up with something similar to the conversion they offer for the Lee Loadmaster...which doesn't require any drilling of machining

I'm gonna be sending the lever to

I'm going to send the handle to IF to add a roller handle to it. I'll post feedback when it gets back.

I put a section of foam pipe insulation on the handle. The type that is used on water heater lines. Cheap and it cushions your hand.

I have one and I've never used the handle, just too awkward. I use the primer tube and that works very well.

Explanation: the handle moves the primer tube back and forth. Rather than using the handle, just grab the primer tube and work it back and forth.

Tried that this morning out of curiosity. Didn't fully seat the primer( didn't think it would, not enough leverage). Glad it works for you. Having a choice is a good thing. I'm really liking the roller handle.
