I recently got a RCBS hand primer tool but not all the pieces were there.Does anyone know where I can get replacement parts for what is missing.Im told there is supposed to be 2 pieces that holds the shell holder I have 1 and the pins that seat the primers are missing.

Have you tried RCBS?

I had one of those and it had two plastic "inserts" one for large primers and one for small, and two "rods" that you dropped in (one large/one small) and a primer tray. I think those are all the parts that were there. The plastic "inserts" went into the primer hole on your shellholders. (Beware though. . . you need RCBS shellholders as my lymans were too small)

Good Luck!

I bought an RCBS turret press kit at Cabela's that was missing the stand plate for the powder measure. Called RCBS and they mailed it right over to me.

If you tell them the part number you need (should be in the paperwork or maybe you can find it on the RCBS website) I'm sure they will provide it in a jiffy.

Give RCBS a call or email and they will get it to you in less than a week in my experience, and they should be free.

The call is free.
If you are unable to find a RCBS product at your local dealer, you may order the product direct from the factory. (US and Canadian residents only please.) Call RCBS Customer Service at 1.800.533.5000 or 1.530.533.5191 Monday through Thursday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM PST, or you can write us at RCBS, 605 ORO DAM BLVD., OROVILLE, CA 95965. We accept MasterCard, Visa, checks and money orders.
Actually, they seldom accept payment. RCBS warranty must be experienced to be believed. The tool is under warranty, there is no requirement for the owner to be the original purchaser.
Cheers from Darkest California, (- Well, there is a bright spot here in Oroville.)

(Remember, there are several RCBS hand priming tools, so you will need to specify which you have.)

RCBS has always been great with parts, both lost and missing, for me. I would not be surprised if they send you the missing parts for free.

I've had loads of parts replaced by RCBS lost or broken
had a part that I needed which needed to be ordered from them called sat on hold for quite a while ended up get a part free that I would have had pay for

Ditto on making the call right away to RCBS.

My hand primer had two "left hand" pieces and they sent me both a left & a right, immediately - no questions.

The lady I talked to was extemely helpful, with a sense of urgency to make things right and keep her customers happy.

Another ditto on calling RCBS right away. Through my own fault, I cracked the plastic hopper on my 15-year old Little Dandy pistol powder measure. I called RCBS to get a replacement, was honest with them about how it happened, and they sent the replacement part immediately -- free of charge.

RCBS is great!

I just stripped the decapping rod in my Reloader Special Dies and e-mailed them with the problem. They responded the next day saying the parts were shipped.
Previously, I bought a secondhand set of .38SPL dies, but they didn't have the right seating plug. RCBS sent me two more seating plugs and decapping pins free of charge.
They have the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Ditto on RCBS. I have bought numerous pieces of reloading equipment off Ebay (mostly all RCBS) and ineveitably they are missing something, imagine that. RCBS has never failed to help me out and I have yet to be charged, shipping or product cost..........
