I don't know about Lyman, Lee, or Hornaday or any of the other reloading equipment retailers, but in my opinion, RCBS has the best customer service. I loaned a reloading die set to a friend who let his friend decap his loads, I don't know what happened but it came back with the decapping pin bent and the rod where the decap pin cover screws onto was also bent. I emailed RCBS because I didn't know what size the rod was and they sent me the a whole new decapping rod, pin, cover, bushing and stop nut for free. I was going to order one but wasn't sure which one to order. Also my instructions didn't come back either so I let my friend know that I wasn't a happy camper and he said he will look for the instructions and ask his friend about the location of the instructions also. I emailed RCBS but haven't heard back yet, they will probably send me one. The best customer service that I know about so far. I have a set of Lee dies which I assumed were Carbide because they said Carbide on the case, but the only thing that is Carbide is the sizing bulb on the decapping rod, and sure enough I got a case stuck in the die even though I used lube. Guess it was my fault for not checking it out better, used my RCBS stuck case remover to remove the case, what a life saver. I paid $5.00 and had free shipping, they were a little rusty but I soaked them and they work like brand new and I think they were new but they had sat for a lot of years and that is why they were rusty, couldn't beat $5.00 and free shipping. RCBS is the best. I even sent back a .223 Rem die because I buggered up the inside when I had a stuck case, before I had the stuck case remover, and RCBS sent me a new set, guess I buggered it up pretty bad. What customer service!!!
