Rcbs powdermaster electronic scale

Greetings:

I was given a RCBS PowderMaster Powder Dispenser about 10 years ago. I have decided to look into purchasing a companion electronic scale and noticed a number of this type. Anyone using the PowderMaster with the Companion Scale? Maybe you can direct me toward a solution. I have been on assignment in the Pacific and out of touch with the Mainland and not able to contact RCBS yet.

You would have to contact RCBS to see if a compatible balance is even produced any more.

I wasn't familiar with a Powder Master before this evening. After googling, I realize it was RCBS's early attempt at what they perfected with the Charge Master:

I'm wondering if the 1500 used on the new one is similar enough to be used with the old dispenser.

There's still a review on the old one on Realguns.com, but it wasn't too favorable....too slow for his liking. The new dispenser is faster.
