RCBS trimmer -case mouths not square

I am using the RCBS manual pro trimmer and have issues with my case mouths not being square after trimming. I also have the 3-way cutter installed. After banging my head :banghead:about it I called RCBS. After explaining to their customer support guy that I bought about 2 years ago and before getting a chance to complain he said that they were going to send out a new cast base and another 3way cutter for any incovenience experienced. WOW!
So if you have had the same problem call them for replacement!

That is great they reacted in most positive way.

Last week I bought a Frankford Arsenal impact Bullet Puller in a order from Midway. When I opened up the the packaging, a segment (1of 3) was missing from one size of cartridge pulling head.

I emailed Battenfeld Technologies, Inc. (the mfg) about it. Got an almost instant reply apologizing and saying they would ship out a set of 3 heads for different sizes, in two days they were in my hand. So like you, was well please with their response.
