RCBS Case Neck Turner on Lyman Case Trimmer?

I have an old Lyman Universal Case trimmer.

Out of curiosity, does anyone know if the RCBS Case Neck Turner will mount on the Lyman trimmer like it does with the RCBS Rotary Case Trimmer?

It looks like if the threads for the cutter/trimmer are the same it should work.

Just trying to save myself an unhappy experience if someone has already tried this.

Update.
The RCBS case neck turning tool will not work with the Lyman trimmer - as is.

The threads are smaller and the pilot hole is larger.

Thought that I would be able to step it up with a brass adapter but the threads almost seem proprietary.
I haven't given up but the end result may not be worth the effort.

You do know that Lyman makes a neck turning attachment, i use one.

Yep. I just didn't like the way you had to do the cut blindly.
