Re-profiling an Ar15 20" HBAR

Is this possible? I've shot a few hundred rounds through the gun. I would like to have the barrel milled down to the SP1/pencil configuration. Thanks alot.

turn it down on a lathe or use a mill to flute it. Might be cheaper to just buy a barrel in what you want
