Just picked up this little gem from layaway.

It's a Model 36 3" RB. Near mint condition with original box.

I'm pretty happy to have scored it. :)

Nice score. I have a little Charter Arms .357 Target Bulldog that I think pretty highly of given how little I spent on the thing. However, seeing that deep, smooth, and consistent bluing on a quality piece like your new addition certainly leaves me wanting.

Sweet! Looks to be in great shape too. One of my favorites in a J frame, especially in that configuration.

Nice! I was eyeballing one at the local shop. It had been matte blued and was cheap. For some reason I screwed around until somebody else bought it.

Sweet find and barely even a turn line. I really want one of those but I have yet to find a 3" model 36 that didn't look like is was run over.

Congrats, very nice pick up. My favorite J frame, to me it's perfect balance and size for the 38 spl. I'm sure you'll love it,way to go.

With a cylinder turn line like that I'm almost thinking that it was only test fired at the factory. Or if it WAS fired at all by owners then it has seen precious few rounds through it. Hell, I'll bet it even still has that "new gun smell" :D

Very nice, I'm partial to three inch revolvers, almost perfect for me in fact. They carry well on the belt or inside the waistband and the barrel length suits my eyes and the way I see the sights.
