Rear sight adapter for springfield xdm

Hi to everyone, my first post.

Due to my aging eyes I would like to put a Burris Fastfire III on by Springfield XDM. I'm having a problem on finding the correct adapter base to replace the rear sight to mount the red dot ???

Any help would be appreciated.
