****mild language warning ****

It looks like a recoiless rifle. What kind though I couldn't tell you.

I'll put that on my list of things that I really don't need to try.... :uhoh:

Looks almost like an old (90 mm?) recoilless rifle taken from its mount. Name aside it is not totally recoilless obviously. :D

Definitely not meant to be shoulder fired.

Looks like the front sight at the end of the barrel hooked him on the jaw on the way back and would explain why he was clutching his face. He probably shattered or at minimal dislocated his jaw! Ouch!

He definatly got a good pop in the mouth from whatever that thing was. Ouch! :what:

Ouch!!!!!! :what:

I wonder the source of this video...sounds like a couple of US guys chatting in the background. Is this some of the training our troops are giving indigenous personel somewhere.

That thing looks like it should have been mounted on a trailer, not a shoulder. I feel bad for the guy, but I admit that I laughed real hard when I watched it :D

eek

awful ... work won't let me watch the rifle one, but that artillery piece looks like.. well.. no, he won't be getting up for a long time... if ever.

On another board that this (the RR) was posted on it was said that the RR has some type of breech that should be opened for firing and it was not open in the case.

It is a Chinese made B-10 recoiless rifle. There is no door in the back to open, the vents are already cut in. What he did wrong was hold it like they hold everything, with a limp fish grip. While it can be fired from a tripod (and is more accurate that way) the heat shields and grips allow it to be "snap shot" from the shoulder.

If the dummy had held onto it, it would not have messed him up. I was just happy to see that there wasn't a cluster of them behind it, watching, like they are prone to do.

"Hey man, you wanna try something cool?...hold this on your shoulder for a minute."

"Okay"

BOOM!

OWWWW!

Eventually makers of recoil-less rifles will be sued by advocacy groups. Similar to the fate of the non-lethal ammunition debacle, we'll soon have a new host of less-than-recoil rifles coming off the production line.

Disregard. The links are there but all the videos seem to be down.

I guess they were getting too much external linking.
They're all there though, under 'AR VIDEOS.'
