I've only used a timer once but I want to get some good pratice in on the steel and better my skills. Can someone recommend an inexpensive, basic timer which can auto start me with a beep? I can always get a really nice timer when my skills have caught up a little. Thanks.

The Club Timer III is my preference for a training timer, as it show the total time, first shot time, last split, and number of shots on the screen at the same time. Most other models force you to scroll through for all of the info except total shots and total time.

The buzzer is a no kidding fire alarm type buzzer, so if you live in close proximity to neighbors, you may have to tape over it or something for dry fire.
