What have you Tantal owners (with original Polish barrels, not the US-made barrels with different twist rates) had the best luck with for plinking ammo?

Right now, I see Wolf 60 gr FMJ, Wolf 70 gr FMJ and Barnaul 55 gr SP, as well as Silver Bear 55 gr JHP available that is made by Barnaul.

I've heard that not all 5.45 rifles like HP ammo, so I'm hesitant to order a bunch of it, and thinking I should stick with FMJ or maybe the Barnaul SP.

Does the Wolf 60 or 70 gr bullet tend to work better in a Polish Tantal, and does one of them increase odds of key-holing?

I realize most 5.45 owners shoot mostly surplus. I plan to stash some surplus, but do most my shooting with commercial non-corrosive.

I'm curious about this too, as I have a Smith and Wesson M&P15 chambered in 5.45
