red dot on 629

I have a 629 on the way and was wondering if you are able to mount a red dot without having to do any drilling and tapping?

I bought one from a friend & it came with a c-more. At first I was going to remove it but decide to leave it on it for my wife to use.

If its a newer model it should be drilled and tapped under the rear sight mount. Open the cylinder and you should see three holes in the top strap.
