Does anyone use the Redding competition shellholders for your shoulder bump , or do you consider them to expensive for that ? They are on sale now at Midway for $69 dollars and they have 10% off on reloading items going on now .

I consider them too expensive for anything. Ive never had an issue with using a bog standard inexpensive Hornady or Lee shell holder getting shoulder bump and correct headspace. Your mileage may vary.

I don't use them because they don't offer anything to gain. I will say keep the shellholder you set your die with in that die set as almost none are the same due to production tolerance.

I don't use them because the deck height of the holder is taller than normal. To use you need a sizing die that is a little short to allow for the taller deck. To use you need to setup with a + marking to allow you to go shorter. I find it's easier to use a std and anneal the brass when it gets hard to size due to spring back. Most of the sizing dies I have from Redding normally do not require making contact with the shell holder to size the brass.

The shortest rifle die I have ever owned was a Dillon set. They may work well in conjunction with those dies.
