One of my presses is a Redding UltraMag. Gorgeous press, if it's possible for a press to be gorgeous.

Anyway, I removed the ram spring - the circular spring that holds the shell holder in place at the top of the ram. Like a newbie (I'm not) I accidentally bent it when putting it back on.

I called Redding on Monday, and today (Friday) a new one arrived (free), along with a current catalog and instructions on how to install the spring for this newbie.

Excellent service from a first class company!

I have had good success with Redding's customer service as well. It is one of the reasons that Redding dies are my preferred die of choice.

+1...I lost my ball bearing on my T-7 a couple of times and they have sent a new one right away.

I ordered a Redding decapping rod and carbide sizer button from Midway for my 25WSSM , when I got it , it was too long , I checked the part number on the bag and the invoice , both matched , so I know I didn't order the wrong parts , same part number on Midway's web page too, so I called Redding to get the right part number , he asked me for the Redding part # on the bag I got from Midway , he said that one is for a 25-06 not my 25WSSM , I told him my 25-06 dies are old Pacific dies , he told me that the threads were the same and that I could used the new 25-06 Redding decapping rod in my old Pacific die , and asked for my address and sent out the right 25WSSM decapping rod free of charge and said he would have someone let Midway know they have a part # mix-up ,

so nothing broke , and not there fault and they still fixed it :D
