Received in todays mail the refurbished Air Hawk I ordered. Ordered it 1/2 PM on Monday, and got it in todays mail, and folks complain about mail service??????????????????????

Looks brand new, no scratches or blemishes of any kind, barrel was clean as a whistle. Cocks very easily for as powerful as it is, shot a Crosman Premier Ultra Magnum into a phonebook and it penetrated 560+ pages. Trigger is superb. Haven't checked accuracy yet, but that is coming.

Worth $49.00 plus shipping? I think so.

Welcome to a new addiction. Don't be overly concerned if your rifle doesn't even group as well as your handguns, at first. In fact, that would surprise me. Neither of my springers could hold a candle to a pneumatic, out of the box. These low end springers sometimes need a little tweaking, let alone a break-in.

"Trigger is superb" is surprising. How so? I didn't think such an animal existed on a sub $200.00 springer.

560 Pages! Wow thats pretty good from a pellet rifle. How is the accuracy? $49.00 is a great deal if the rifle is decent. I think I paid $33.0 for a trigger for my Gamo maybe I should have just bought a whole new rifle for $49.00

Only got 10 shots thru it, I'm low on sugar and shaking like a leaf but I got all 10 in a 1 inch group in my garage range, 20 foot max.

I'm more than sure that as it gets broken in it will do better and Me also once I settle down.

Trigger is a 2 stage with crisp let off. I'm used to military 2 stage triggers.

I should have also posted that the trigger is no where near what the trigger is on my R1, but then this isn't a $600/$800 dollar rifle either.

For what it cost it is a super value IMO.
