I was looking recently at the oem Glock +2 base pads but also saw Pearce offered +3 ones and also took notice of the Arredondo ones that hold even more. Reliability wise, are these worth the extra capacity compared to an oem Glock +2 base pad? From what I've heard, Pearce and Arredondo haven't been known for affecting reliability in anyway on Glock mags but please correct me if I'm wrong.

Haven't tried the Arredondo's, but I used and carried nothing but Pierce +2's with my 36, and I have a buddy who is a cop and very picky on reliability and carried them with 27's for years.

I run Dawsons

I get 22 in 9 with a little sanding of the follower.
19 in 40, no mods.
