Tonight I reloaded my 1000th round (1010 actually). I got a long way to go to catch some of you, but it is a milestone for me.

Here is a breakdown:

I reload on a Lee Classic Turret Press w/lee dies

My first reload was on 06/20/2011

150 -- 380 ACP
265 -- 9mm
100 -- 38sp
135 -- 357mag
360 -- 45colt

I have not counted all the round I have shot but it is prob. about 600-700 of what I have loaded

My guns I shoot from are:

Kel Tec P3AT -- 380 ACP
Kel Tec PF9 -- 9mm
Smith Wesson 5906 -- 9mm
Ruger SP101 (2.25") -- 357mag
Ruger Blackhawk (6.5") -- 357mag
Ruger Blackhawk (4 5/8") -- 45colt
Ruger Vaquero (7.5'') -- 45colt

The only caliber (other than .22lr) I shoot for I have not reloaded (yet) for is 45 ACP. I do not shoot this caliber much. All I have for it is my Ruger Blackhawk 45colt w/ a 45acp cylinder. I am sure I will pick up a 1911 some day and add that to my reloading setup.

Anyway just wanted to share:D

Well keep that up and it won't be long till you looking at the big 10K.

I gotta say that had it not been for me getting a progressive years ago I might have had some serious arm and shoulder issues. I was running easily 2-300 rounds a week through three revolvers for close to 8 months before picking up the progressive. It was about enough to drive a person to :eek:

Nowadays I might crank up the progressive IF I need some surplus, but I can easily crank out a hundred rounds or more an hour on my single stage once I get rolling. Like I said keep it up and it won't take as long as you think.

Cool! Congrats.

I loaded my first round 4/9/2011 (chronicled here... it's intensely interesting... not :D http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=586557 )

And have loaded 1500 .40s and 1800 .45 ACPs since. Plus a hundred .38 Specials and a couple hundred .30-06. My pistol loads have worked flawlessly (except my Glock 30 didn't like them... probably loaded too light for one-handed shooting) and been accurate enough, but I suck at rifle so far. Probably because I'm too cheap to pay for quality projectiles.
